do you plan? Do you plan weekly, daily, as part of a team or individually? Every
four weeks they plan as a team.

you do anything you haven’t planned to do?
Things always changed in
their plan, if she saw something better and it will work good with the kids she
will do it without planning.

is important to you when planning a lesson?
Think about the kids level
and how she get them learn development.

you plan to do the same thing with all the children in the classroom? (Why/Why

No, different with low level,
medium and high.
In my opinion I think
planning and preparation is very important for the kids and for teacher as
well. When the teacher has her plan the lesson will be an excellent
organization and she will go on by the steps that she plans for. Always before
the teachers begin to plan think about the level that she has on her class and
how to improve their skills and how to bring more from other children who has a
high level. Today I observed how the teacher put her plan and how she worked
on. Also how the teacher chose the activity that kids need it and how to let them
understand how to answer it. Today I learned
new things first, do not let the work until the end we must do it day by day especially
for kids. Second thing is that we have to use description for everything so,
that will help the children to understand things easily.
